Contrary to reports in some section of the press that last season’s Most Valuable Player in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), Chisom Egbuchulam’s deal with Tunisian outfit, Club Africain may be off, aoifootball.com can authoritatively report that the deal is still on.

Reports last week indicated that the deal with Club Africain has been put off and that the Super Eagles’ fringe player is already in Turkey club-hunting before the January transfer window shuts down.

aoifootball.com further gathered that Egbuchulam, who was impressive last term in the NPFL, is still in Tunis and negotiations are still on with the Tunisian club.

The former Rangers International goal poacher scored 16 times last season for the Flying Antelopes.
