Enugu Rangers striker, Bobby Clement has said that they are not out of the woods yet, after they left the bottom of the log to move to 19th position.
The mercurial striker told AOIfootball.com in an exclusive interview that until Rangers leaves the bottom half of the table, the players cannot start feeling good. He stressed that the club is now banking seriously on their two outstanding games to climb to 10th or 11th position if they can get the maximum points.
“I don’t feel relieved that my team left the 20th position because all I want for my team is to see us at the top, maybe around fourth position or so, so we being 19th on the log is nothing to us.”
“Winning our last two outstanding games is a morale booster for us and we are also looking forward to winning our remaining games, so generally the outstanding games are just our morale booster.”
“If we win our remaining two outstanding games, it is going to take us to the 10th or 11th position and we will kick-off the second stanza from there, and I believe we can win the games because we are getting our confidence back,” said Clement.
