Shooting Stars Football Club Coach, Fatai Folorunsho Amoo, has revealed that his team is not happy despite their 2-0 win over ABS FC of Ilorin in Ibadan, on Sunday.

According to him, the win only made their management and fans happy but had little or no effect on their position on the log, as they are still in the relegation waters despite the 2-0 win.

Amoo told Aoifootball.com that he knows the games ahead are going to be tough, beginning with their trip to Port Harcourt to face Rivers United and a host of other away games in the next few weeks.

“The match against ABS was a keenly contested one as ABS came out strongly against us on Sunday, but our boys eventually won.

“Our boys did their best in getting the win because it will make our fans and the management happy.

“However, we are not happy because the we know the 3 points have not taken us beyond the 19th position on the log, which means we are still swimming in relegation waters. We are aware of the tough fixtures ahead, beginning with our trip to Port Harcourt to play Rivers United,” Amoo concluded.
