Coach of NPFL table toppers, Plateau United Kennedy Boboye, has said that his team is focusing on their games and not looking at teams like Akwa United, MFM FC and El-Kanemi Warriors, who are behind.

According to him, they have to get their own results and close their own end of the deal, rather than spending valuable time thinking of what their opponents are playing.

Boboye exclusively told Aoifootball.com that he believe the title fight will be down to the last day of the season, and Plateau United will struggle till the end and not give up in their quest to wrestle the NPFL title to Jos.

“Plateau United is not checking out or thinking about any team that is behind them. What we do is just focus and concentrate on our games and not on other teams’ games.

“We will be struggling till the last day of the season because the title race is going to be down till the final day. Our fans should just be patient and pray for us so that we will make them happy at the end of the season,” he concluded.
