Super Eagles’ midfielder, Mikel Agu was on the score sheet for Bursaspor who came from a goal down to beat visiting Osmanlispor 3-1 in the Turkish top flight AOIFootball.com reports.
The enterprising midfielder, who was sensational at the start of the match, playing all 90 minutes, scored in the 38th minute to put Bursaspor 2-1 ahead.
The goal was the first for Agu who has been active for the Turkish side since his move in the summer from Portuguese club FC Porto, and having earned three caps for Nigeria within same period.
Also, Agu’s Bursaspor Super Eagles teammate William Troost-Ekong was in action, while Osmanlispor paraded Nigerian duo of Aminu Umar and Raheem Lawal.
The win lifts Bursaspor to eighth position with 12 points on the log.
