Super Eagles’ defender, Shehu Abdullahi is confident Bursaspor’s winless streak will end soon and the club will get back to winning ways in no time, reports.

Bursaspor have been winless in their last six league matches and were hammered 5-0 in the last Süper Lig match against Galatasaray, but the rut is not slowing down new signing. Abdullahi,

Abdullahi, 24, joined the Green Crocodiles in January from Cypriot club Anorthosis Famagusta and has made 5 appearances.

Often deployed as a right-wing back by Manager Paul Le Guen, the Nigerian international has settled right in at his new club and is looking to help turn the fortunes of the club around.

The team has been in a poor run of form, but the World Cup hopeful is staying positive.

After the first training session since the Galatasaray game, the versatile defender tweeted via his twitter handle @OfficialShehu:

“Better days ahead! @BursasporSk

#Work #WeAreBursaspor #WeBelieve.”

The Bursaspor next face Osmanlispor away from home in a Süper Lig match on Saturday.
