A source revealed to that discussions with Bala have been fruitful and he would be named soon.
The source said: “Kwara United are in talks with an experienced coach in the person of Coach Bala to manage the team out of relegation waters and maintain their stand in the top flight.
“Discussions have been fruitful so far and we hope to have him in charge of our team on Wednesday.”
However, Coach Bala was axed on the eve of the season after guiding the Ikon Allah Boys to the 2017 Aiteo Cup final in Lagos.
The Harmony Boys have endured a poor start in the Nigeria Professional Football League, with just three wins from eleven games and are at the base of the log with 11 points.
