After joining up with the main team of the Super Eagles, former Kano Pillars defender, Stephen Eze is happy to be part of a talented bunch of players as he looks forward to his possible debut against European giants Poland in Wroclaw on Friday.
Eze, who trained with the team for the first time on Tuesday evening, took to the social media, wearing the Eagles’ new kit and saying that he’s battle ready for the clash against the Lewandowski-led attack.
“At the Super Eagles’ camp in Wroclaw as practice sessions begin for the friendly against Poland. The vibe in the camp is great and it’s an honour to be a part of many great talents. Look forward to your support for the games ahead,” Eze wrote.
Nigeria will take on Poland in their first of six pre-World Cup games at the 42,000 municipal stadium in Wroclaw on Friday, with kickoff set for 8:45 pm Nigerian time.
