2016 Rio Olympic bronze medalist, Aminu Umar came off the bench to inspire Osmanlispor to a 3-0 win away at Genclerbirligi, thus improving their chances of survival, AOIFootball.com reports.
Umar, who started from the bench, watched his team take the lead in the 26th minute via the boot of Adrien Regattin before the halftime break.
With the home side missing a host of opportunities, Umar was introduced in the 72nd minute for Musa Çagiran and he made an instant impact two minutes later when he setup Adrien Ragattin to double Osmanlispor’s lead.
Umar was at it again three minutes later as he yet again setup Sarder Gürler to score to their third and earn them all three points.
Umar was in action for just 18 minutes but had a game rating of 8.1, completing 85% of his passes, winning 4 duels and creating one big chance. He has scored 5 goals so far in the league and has 6 assists.
