Super Eagles and Lokomotiv Plovdiv defender, Stephen Eze has come out to show his gratitude after the just concluded Bulgarian league season
In an emotional message he posted on his social media page, Eze thanked everyone for their support.
“SEASON END! My thanks to the management, technical crew and players at Lokomotiv Plovdiv for their support this season and for making my transition into the team so easy. Thanks for believing in me to do my best.
“Huge thanks to our supporters for always standing by us on both our good and bad days. Your love and support have humbled me. Happy summer and looking forward to seeing you all next season,” Eze wrote
The 6ft 6 former Lobi Stars defender joined Lokomotiv Plovdiv during the January transfer window after impressing at the 2018 CHAN tournament, making 13 appearances and helping them to a second place finish in the league.
He has since reported to the Super Eagles camp in preparation for the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
