Ahead of Saturday’s AFCON 2019 qualifiers against Libya in Uyo, Super Eagles Head Coach Gernot Rohr has admitted his lads must be physically fit if they are to overcome Libya over two legs, AOIFootball.com reports.
Rohr further posited that they must also draw inspiration from last year’s world cup qualifiers against Cameroon, stating that the team must be wary of their dangerous guests.
“We have to prepare for the two matches like we did against Cameroon last year and focus on Libya’s strong team because they had a draw in South Africa and are the leaders of our group.
“Two games in four days means we must be very fit physically and technically,” Rohr stated.
