Super Eagles’ stand-in captain, Ahmed Musa is expected to return to action with Saudi Arabian club, Al-Nassr when they travel to face Al-Fayha on match day seven of the Saudi League on Friday, AOIFootball.com reports.
The former CSKA of Moscow forward missed his side’s last league outing last weekend after being granted an extended international break to attend to his sick mother.
However, Al-Nassr will be boosted by the return of the speed demon, who was voted the best player in the month of September following his bright start to life in the Arabian League.
Musa has already began the month of October in style, scoring once and assisting another two. He was also impressive in Nigeria’s outing against Libya as he scored and created an assist in their 3-2 victory away at Sfax.
Al-Nassr are unbeaten in their first six league outings this term, scoring 15 goals in the process, with Musa contributing 4 goals.
