Super Eagles and Villarreal of Spain youngster, Samuel Chukwueze has revealed he did feel bad after not scoring in their 2-2 draw against Real Madrid on Thursday night, promising he would keep improving to ensure he takes his chances when they come, AOIFootball.com reports.

The 19-year-old was a constant threat to the Real Madrid defense and made a meal of both Ramos and Marcelo, drawing widespread recognition from the international press with his stellar performance.

He, however, told AOIFootball.com exclusively afterward that he was happy to have played against great players.

“It was a great feeling being in the same field with top-class players. It was a nice game but I feel bad I didn’t take my chances. I need to keep my head up to do more,” Chukwueze said.

With his assist against Real Madrid, the Academy graduate has now been directly involved in three goals (2 goals, 1 assist) in his first seven LaLiga games for the Yellow Submarines.
