In the other game of the group, Kwara United were the guest of Rivers United as the Harmony Boys picked morale-boosting point away after both teams failed to find the net after 90 minutes.

Samson Obi’s first-half strike was all the hosts needed to record their third win of the season.
In Omoku, Go Round continued their impressive start to the season as they defeated poor travelers Kano Pillars 2-1 at the Krisdera Hotel.
Akaba Otega gave the hosts the lead three minutes after the half-hour mark before talismanic captain Rabiu Ali equalized for deep into injury time in the first half.
But Adeseun Adelani had other ideas as he grabbed the winner six minutes after the break to condemn Kano Pillars to their second defeat of the season.
Same score line was recorded in Kaduna as Kada City came back from a goal down to defeat visiting El-Kanemi of Maiduguri 2-1.
