Super Eagles fast rising winger, Samuel Chukwueze has been rated Africa’s most valuable U-20 player, AOIFootball.com reports.
According to Swiss based organization, CIES Football Observatory, the Villarreal young star is worth around €35 million and keeps him ahead of the likes of Hodson-Odoi, Phil Phoden and Juventus Moise Kean who are all valued just around €20 million.
Borussia Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho leads the mark as the most expensive young star at €150 million with Arsenal’s Matteo Guendouzi, Roma Nicolo Zaniolo, Leverkusen Kai Havertz and West Ham’s Declan Rice completing the top 5.
Playing in just his first season as a full blown professional, the Nigerian young star has taking the Spanish LaLiga by storm and was a torn in the flesh of Champions Barcelona when both teams drew 4-4 last month.
Since making his debut last year, the 2015 U-17 World Cup winner has scored eight goals in 37 appearances whilst also chipping 3 assists in the process.
