U23 Eagles skipper, Azubuike Okechukwu has revealed he will not return to the Egyptian League after the expiration of his current loan deal with Caykur Rizespor, as he fancies a dream move to the Premier League, AOIFootball.com reports.

After an injury-laden start to life in Egypt, the Rio 2016 Olympic bronze medalist joined Rizespor on-loan in the winter transfer window with the club hoping the midfielder will use his wealth of experience to help them beat the drop.

The transfer did, however, prove to be a master class move as Azubuike featured in 14 straight games, winning 5, drawing 5 and losing 4 games to help Rizespor finish 11th on the log.

With the transfer market soon to open, the former Yeni Melatayaspor midfielder now wants to remain in Europe and would consider a permanent switch to Rizespor should the offer arise or seek greener pastures elsewhere.
