Super Eagles defender, Semi Ajayi and QPR midfield sensation, Eberechi Eze have been rewarded for their impressive displays at the weekend as they are both named in the EFL Team of the Week, AOIFootball.com reports.

 

Ajayi followed up his Eagles return with a debut goal for West Bromwich Albion in their 1-1 draw away at Fulham as the Hawthorns remained unbeaten in the league after seven round of matches.

 

Same was recorded for Eberechi Eze who scored once and assisted another to help QPR to a convincing 3-2 win over Luton Town with the youngster adding to his two league goals and one assist.

 

The former Rotherham United defender lined up in the heart of the defence alongside Derrick Williams of Blackburn with Exeter City Pierce Sweeney also completing the three-man backline.

 

Eze leads the midfield alongside Cheltenham Town Ryan Brom with the duo of Marcus Maddison and Mathew Lund of Peterborough and Scunthorpe completing the list.

 

The Skybet EFL Team of the Week comprises of performance from players in the Championship, League One and League Two.
