Former top scorer of the Nigeria Professional Football League, Anthony Okpotu is now the top scorer in the very competitive Tunisian Premier League after 16 games, AOIFootball.com reports.
The former Lobi Stars goal poacher joined the Tunisian side from Difaâ Hassani El Jadidi of Morocco last summer and has since been banging the needed goals that have seen his club stay third on the log.
Okpotu has raked in 10 goals this term, four ahead of Tunisian international and Al Ittihad striker, Anice Badri.
He was the top scorer of the Nigeria Professional Football League with 19 goals in the 2016/2017 season with Lobi
Stars and also led the Eagles to the final of the 2018 CHAN where they lost to Morocco.
