Italian giants Atalanta have inquired about Super Eagles attacker, Emmanuel Dennis according to reports in the Italian press, AOIFootball.com reports.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio Atalanta, which are targeting a top 2 Serie A finish, have identified the former Zorya Luhansk forward as a potential addition to their squad ahead of their campaign in the UEFA Champions League next season.
Dennis made a name for himself across Europe last season when he scored twice at the Santiago Bernabeu for Club Brugge as the earned a famous 2-2 draw against Real Madrid and also scoring against Manchester United in the Europa League.
The 22-year-old scored eight goals in 23 appearances for Club Brugge which were declared League champions last season following an impromptu end to the Belgian First Division.
Atalanta will however have to cough out between 22-25 million euros with Brugge willing to listen to offers that match the player’s value.
