As NPFL clubs begin preparations for the commencement of the LMC/La Liga U15 Youth League, Chairman of Kano State Football Association, Alhaji Shariff Rabiu Inua as affirmed the readiness of the state towards ensuring Kano Pillars U-15 team emerge tops.


Speaking at the final of the preseason tourney for amateur teams between Kano Pillars Junior and Samba Kurna, Inua explained that the state already has her U-15 team which also includes Kano Pillars.

He thanked the state government for the support given to sports development in Kano, especially for football.


“We’re ready here; our U-15 team has been developing since last year. We’re going to help Kano Pillars develop its young team and become the best” said Inua.


The League Management Company (LMC) announced that the best U-15 players will be selected to represent the NPFL in the La Liga.
