Former U-23 star, Kingsley Bobby Sokari, has said that an invitation to the Super Eagles would be handed to him when he starts playing in Europe.

An optimistic Sokari, who plies his trade with Tunisian side, CS Sfxien, told aoifootball.com that his skills and capabilities will help him contend favourable an Eagles’ shirt, save for the fact that he still plays in Africa.

 

“I am a very good player and I believe in my qualities. I know I have not been called up to the national team because I am still playing in Africa.

 

“I ought to have moved to Europe during the January transfer window, but the club could not meet up with what my team was asking for.”

“What my club demanded for was too high because they don’t want me to leave, owing to our league and continental matches.

 

“But I’ll continue to work hard and I’m sure I’ll get called up to the national team once I secure a move to Europe,” Sokari maintained.

Sokari was popularly called little Iniesta during his playing days in the Nigeria Professional Football League.
