Ahmad Ahmad, CAF Presidential candidate

Madagascar’s Ahmad Ahmad has been elected CAF President by 54 members of CAF who participated in the elections. Ahmad defeated Cameroon’s Issa Hayatou who has been in power since 1988 (29 years). Ahmad won the election 34 to Hayatou’s 20.

The Senate President Senator Bukola Saraki congratulated Ahmad Ahmad. Saraki who called NFF President, spoke with the new CAF President and said that he was going to pass the good news to President Buhari. AOIFootball has gathered.

Ahmad who is also the deputy Senate President of Madagascar visited Saraki when he came to campaign in Nigeria.
