SHARE has scooped that the management of four-time Nigeria Professional Football League champions, Kano Pillars may name a new Technical Adviser for the club this Friday.

Coach Kadiri Ikhana tendered his resignation on Monday and the club will waste no time to appoint a new man to handle the club as they aim to return to the summit of the NPFL.

Former coach of Rangers International, Imama Amapakabo is the leading light to take over from Ikhana but he will have to fight veteran NPFL coaches like Alphonsus Dike and Zakari Baraje for the plum job.

The former assistant coach of Enyimba FC had his contract terminated recently by Rangers International of Enugu, four months after he helped them break a 32-year jinx, winning the coveted NPFL trophy.
