Raheem Lawal scored a brace for Kayserispor on Saturday against Ogenyi Onazi’s Trabzonspor in the Turkish Super Lig, reports.

It was a Match Day 30 encounter and the home side had started well when Deniz Turuc scored for Trabzonspor as early as the 7th minute but Hugo Rodallega equalized in the 34th minute and then Nigerian international, Raheem Lawal scored a superb goal from outside the box to give his team the lead with four minutes to the half time whistle.

Onazi and his teammates however rallied round and on the dot of halftime were gifted a penalty after Larrys Mabiala handled the ball in the penalty box.

Lawal’s second goal and winner for Kayserispor came in the 75th minute off a header after he met with a super cross inside the Trabzonspor penalty area. The game ended 2-3 in favour of Lawal’s Kayserispor who were away.

It was a huge loss for Onazi who had a chance to level scores in the 81st minute only to shoot wide.
