Super Eagles ‘utility’ player, Shehu Abdullahi, has said he cannot wait for the opening of the Super Eagles camp as he is eager to join his teammates ahead of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against South Africa, reports.

Abduullahi has had a fantastic season with his Cypriot-based side, Anorthosis Famagusta, having featured twenty-eight times and scoring two goals.

“I’m excited to be invited by Coach Gernot Rohr. Thanks @anorthosisfc. Friends, fans and family thanks for your amazing support. I’m honoured,” he posted on his official twitter handle @OfficialShehu.

The Super Eagles camp will open on the 24th of May in Corsica, a tiny Island in France. The team is expected to return to the country for the second phase of camping on the 1st of June.
