Leicester City Captain, Wes Morgan says he is impressed with teammate, Ahmed Musa’s pre-season form, describing the player’s performance in their ongoing Austria camp as ‘impressive, can report.

The Nigerian had a shaky start to his Leicester career, making only seven starts and scoring two goals but has chosen to stay this season to prove himself under Craig Shakespeare.

However, Morgan is impressed with the forward’s performance during preseason in Austria insisting the 24 year old is “having a great pre-season” which was revealed in a round of ‘guess who’ with teammate and right-back, Danny Simpson.

Meanwhile, Musa and his teammates will return home today after the squad takes part in the final session of what goalkeeping coach Mike Stowell describes as “the most important week of the pre-season.”

Leicester City have been training hard in the heat and altitude of the Austrian mountains all week, but will head back to England Friday afternoon ahead of next week’s trip to Hong Kong.
