Super Eagles’ forward, Brown Aide Ideye has expressed his delight as he is set to complete a six-month loan deal to Spanish Laliga club, FC Malaga, can report.

Ideye’s move was imminent as he aims to fight for a place in Gernot Rohr’s 23-man squad to Russia and the former West Bromwich Albion forward will put behind him the miseries he suffered while at Chinese Super League side Tianjin Teda where issues between his management and that of the club ensured he was no longer featured by the coach and was relegated to the youth team.

Ideye told from Spain that he is excited about the move and is ready to give his best in the best league in the World.

” I am very happy about this move. I am ready to give Malaga Fc all my best and I hope my hardwork will count,” He said.

Clubs from China, Germany, England and Italy had sought for his signature this winter, but the former Ocean Boys FC goal poacher wanted a club that will provide him the playing time he needs and also meet his financial demands.

Ideye will hope to use Malaga to relaunch his career and force his name in Gernot Rohr’s World Cup plans.
