Super Eagles’ captain, John Obi Mikel has said he and his teammates will approach this weekend’s game against Henan with all confidence as they seek to get their first three points of the season, AOIFootball.com reports.
The former Chelsea midfielder, who was impressive for Tianjin in their first game against Hebei China Fortune, posited that the team is ready and fired up for the game.
“Ready for the game this weekend and looking for the first win of the season. I’m ready and feeling good. Thank you for the support,” Mikel said.
Tianjin Teda will be the guests of bottom-placed Henan Jianye on Sunday.
