Nigeria’s representative, Mountain of Fire and Miracles (MFM) FC will fly out Thursday morning for Algiers, Algeria, where they are scheduled to confront MC Algers in the second leg of their first round fixture of the CAF Champions League.
The contingent, which is comprised of 18 players and some officials of the Lagos club, will depart from the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos.
“We are well prepared for the game, knowing that it will tough out there, but we hope to get a decent result and qualify for the group stage,” Coach Fidelis Ilechukuwu stated.
The game is scheduled on Saturday at the July 5 Stadium, Algiers by 8.45pm Nigerian time.
