Two -time CAF Champions League winners, Enyimba FC will play South Africa’s Bidvest Wits in the play-off round of the CAF Confederations Cup, reports.
Bidvest Wits were dumped out of the CAF Champions League by Primero do Agosto of Angola but will entertain the People’s Elephants in the first leg.
MFM FC, on the other hand, will make a return to Mali where they will slug it out with Djoliba AC de Bamako.
The Olukoya Boys were dumped out from the CAF Champions League by Algerian club MC Algers. MFM FC will host the Malians in the first leg at the Soccer Temple, Agege.
However, Nigeria’s other representatives, Plateau United, will do a first-round battle with USM Alger of Algeria.
The Jos club were knocked out in the first round of the CAF Champions League by North African club Etoile du Sahel.
Akwa United will slug it out with Al Hilal of Sudan. El Hilal will welcome the AITEO Cup holders in the first leg in Khartoum.
The first leg ties will be played between 6th-8th of April and the return legs are scheduled for April 17th-18th.
Aggregate wins for the four clubs will guarantee them a place in the group stage of the competition
