Super Eagles and Everton FC forward, Henry Onyekuru who is fast recuperating from the injury he sustained last December that has kept him out for over two months, has revealed to that Belgian champions, Anderlecht where he was loaned out to by Everton, are eager to have him back ahead of the playoffs.

Onyekuru, who was Anderlecht’s leading goals scorer before he got injured with 9 goals, said he has received correspondences from Anderlecht asking him to return to complete his loan switch while they are hoping his presence will help the club’s quest as they battle in the playoffs in two weeks‘ time.

“Going back to Anderlecht next week to continue with the timing there before participating in the playoffs,” the former KAS Eupen striker revealed.

“They actually want me back this week, but Everton wants me to stay until next week so I can use more of the ball before going back,” he added.
