Bursaspor of Turkey midfielder, Mikel Ndubuisi Agu who has been handed a late call-up by Super Eagles’ manager, Gernot Rohr for the team’s clash against Serbia at the Hive Stadium in London has confirmed he has picked up his entry visa into London and will join up with the squad on Saturday ahead of the game against on can authoritatively confirm.

Agu, who was omitted from the initial squad due to visa issues, has now sorted it out and will replace Las Palmas midfielder Oghenekharo Etebo who will almost certainly miss the game after failing to recover from a hamstring injury sustained against Villarreal two weeks ago.

A close source to the player confirmed to that the player is now on his way to London after sorting out his visa.

“I can confirm to you that Mikel will be part of the game against Serbia because he was handed a late call-up and he’s on his way to London as I speak. So, hopefully he will feature on Tuesday,” the source disclosed.

Mikel Agu will certainly offer more options for Coach Gernot Rohr, with the Franco-German putting more trust on the midfielder during the Eagles’ final round of qualifiers to the World Cup.
