Super Eagles’ winger, Junior Ajayi has revealed he is open to contract renewal talks with Egyptian giants, Al Ahly, saying he is happy to be playing at one of Africa’s greatest clubs, reports.

The 22-year-old joined Al Ahly in 2016 from Tunisian club, CS Sfaxian and still has two years left on his contract but has expressed his interest in remaining at the Red Devils for a longer time.

“I don’t mind renewing with Al Ahly. I still have a couple of years left on my contract but I would be happy if they want to renew my contract.

“I don’t know what will happen in the future. I am currently focused on Al Ahly to accomplish our goals and I’m happy to be at one of Africa’s greatest clubs,” Ajayi, who helped Al Ahly win their 40th league title,” Ajayi told Egyptian TV channel CBC Extra.
