Super Eagles’ Media Officer, Toyin Ibitoye, has said the morale in the team’s Austria camp remains positive despite their not too convincing 1-0 loss to the Czech Republic on Wednesday, reports.
The Eagles’ spokesman, who spoke to exclusively from the team’s Aviva Resort camp, further gave an update on the team’s welfare.
“Nothing much to talk about from the camp; we had recovery training on Thursday morning, so it was just a quiet day.
“Defeat is always painful; the coach says it is positive anger, so for now we stay quiet and humble and continue to prepare well for the World Cup,” Ibitoye noted.
The Eagles will continue their buildup to next week’s world cup at their team base in Austria on Friday.
