Super Eagles’ winger, Moses Simon has returned to first team training in time for Gent’s first home game of the season against Zulte Waregem on Sunday, reports.

Moses had missed their opening league loss away at Standard Liege with a suspected muscle strain but trained with the rest of the squad on Tuesday ahead of the visit of Zulte Waregem.

Having missed out on the FIFA World Cup in Russia last month, the winger will be charged up for his first competitive action in about two months as Gent hope to return to winning ways in front of their home fans.

The 23-year-old featured in 29 league matches last term for Gent, scoring six times and also chipping in 5 assists to help them earn a place in this season’s final qualifying round of the Europa League.
