Despite reported interests from Spanish clubs, Super Eagles’ midfielder, Mikel Agu remains adamant that he will only consider moving to the LaLiga if a top side from the league comes for his services, reports.

Agu, who is most likely to quit Portuguese side FC Porto before the end of the current transfer window, told exclusively that he has received several offers from the Spanish League but he fancies a move to the French League 1.

“I have been receiving offers from different clubs especially in Spain; my team are already evaluating the deal and a decision will be made soonest.

“The Spanish LaLiga is a good league that will interest any player, but if I will go there I would love to play in a top club, like the teams in the top half, but if not I might just consider the French League because I like the football there,” Agu revealed.

Agu 25, spent, last season on loan at Bursaspor in Turkey where he made 22 appearances, scoring twice and bagging the same number of assists to help the club maintain their top-flight status.
