Nigerian international Paul Onuachu scored twice for FC Midtjylland in their 2-0 victory over The New Saints in their 1st leg final round qualifiers away in Wales, reports.

Onuachu, who led the lines, wasted no time in scoring his second goal of the season in the ninth minute after being set up by Jakob Poulsen to put the away side one goal up.

The 24-year- old was at it again as he scored his second and Midtjylland’s second just before the half-hour mark, nodding in a George Mayron pass to hand his side the much-needed victory heading into next week’s return leg in Denmark.

Fellow Nigerian, Frank Onyeka was on the bench for the winning side for the entire match duration.
