Ahead of the 2019 AFCON qualifiers against Seychelles, Super Eagles’ gaffer, Gernot Rohr is expected to release the list of players that will prosecute next month’s must-win clash with the Franco-German expected to make some changes, reports.
Following their group stage exit at the World Cup in Russia, Rohr will expectedly hand debut call-ups to a few new faces with Victor Moses retired and Tyronne Ebuehi injured. further gathered that the likes of Galatasaray’s hitman Henry Onyekuru, Porto’s Kelechi Nwakali, and new boy Akinyemi Adeleke could be invited, as well as Torino’s new boy, Ola Aina, to fill the right-back slot with injury to Abdullahi Shehu and Tyronne Ebuehi.
Nigeria are currently third in Group E with zero points following their 2-0 loss to South Africa last year and must win their clash next month against Seychelles to stand any chance of progressing to the main tournament in Cameroon next year.
