Nigerian forward, Blessing Chibuike Eleke came off the bench to wrap up a good weekend for Nigerian players in the Swiss Cup as he scored twice in Luzern’s 9-1 demolition of FC Gland, AOIFootball.com reports.

The former Ashdod of Israel striker was introduced in the 70th minute for Valeriane Giviliia with his side already 7-1 up, but he added a late brace to match Odey’s brace the previous day for Zürich.

Eleke 22, has now scored three goals in 3 games since joining Luzern this summer from Israeli side Ashdod for a fee of around €700,000.

Luzern have now made it to the Round of 32 in the Swiss Cup.
