Super Eagles’ striker, Anthony Nwakaeme has praised his immediate past club, Hapoel Be’er Sheva for their fantastic support and encouragement during his three-year stint with them after completing his transfer to Trabzonspor in the Turkish League, reports.

Nwakeame, 29, joined Trabzonspor on a two-year deal after a successful spell in Israel which saw him lift three league titles and the Israeli Cup.

The attacker took out time to appreciate Hapoel Be’er Sheva for making him a better player, whilst also heaping praise on Hapoel Raanana for bringing him to the Israeli league.

“Thank You Hapoel Be’er Sheva for everything you gave to me. Thanks to the coaches and players for three years of celebrations. I will forever remember. For you the fans of Hapoel Be’er Sheva, I really appreciate you all for the love and support throughout my stay. It was amazing.

“Big thanks to Avi Nimni and Hapoel Raanana for bringing me to Israel. I appreciate you and also the people of Israel for welcoming me. God bless each and every one of you for the love you showed me,” Nwakeame posted.

Nwakaeme scored 43 goals and created 24 assists in 120 appearances for Be’er Sheva after joining from rivals Hapoel Raanana in June 2015.
