Super Eagles and Galatasaray of Turkey forward, Henry Onyekuru, who stole the headlines in Turkey and across Europe last week following his sublime winner for the Turkish giants against Goztepe, has said he wants to maintain such goalscoring form in their home game against Alanyaspor, AOIFootball.com reports.
Onyekuru was in sublime form last week, scoring the only goal which secured all three points for the Fatih Terim-led side in the encounter.
The 21-year-old Nigerian has however promised to maintain the same form and even score if possible as they aim to maintain their lead on top of the league table.
“Well, what matters to me first is that the team wins and not just my goal. I want to maintain my scoring form too,” he told only AOIFootball.com.
In his last game for Galatasaray, the Everton loanee featured for all 90 minutes, earning a game rating of 7.5, completed 75% of his passes, won three duels and was fouled three times.
