An expert pitch designer and the man behind the newly constructed Enyimba Stadium pitch in Aba, Ebi Egbe, CEO of MoniMichelle Sports Facility Construction Company, has cautioned Coach Gernot Rohr not to risk any player who is not 100% fit when they take on Seychelles in an AFCON 2019 qualifier on Saturday, AOIFootball.com reports.

Michelle, who expressed confidence on the Super Eagles’ ability to overcome the Seychellois team, said the rubber field was 100% poor and would be dangerous for any player nursing an injury.

“This is a very poor 100% rubber field and any player nursing an injury must not take the risk of playing on this surface.

“The ball movement on the surface will definitely affect our game but I’m positive we will come out victorious,” Michelle said.

AOIFootball.com had earlier reported that the players are ready to do everything possible to ensure they win on Saturday after their disappointing World Cup campaign.

The match is slated for the 10,000-capacity Stade Lemite Stadium and kickoff is 4.30pm local time and 1.30pm Nigerian time.
