Super Eagles’ forward, Moses Simon made his debut for new club Levante after returning from a month-long injury as they suffered a humiliating 6-2 loss at home to Sevilla, reports.
Moses, who last played a competitive game in May, was introduced with his side already 6-1 down but was heavily involved in Levante’s second goal, first calmly controlling the ball with his chest before firing past the goalkeeper with Simon Kjær guiding the ball across the line for an own goal.
Moses admitted afterwards that he was delighted to finally make his debut and will keep fighting to get more playing time at the club.
“Not the result we wanted but I feel great to get some playing time, but we will keep fighting and working hard to improve on every game,” Moses said.
