Super Eagles’ and Shakhtar Donetsk forward, Kayode Olanrewaju has said that he is super excited to have returned to the field of play, following a tricky hamstring injury which kept him out for several weeks, reports.
The fomer Manchester City striker, who returned to have his first feel of football against Chornomet Odesa, tasting 17 minutes of action, told exclusively that he is now fully focused on scoring goals and helping his team win laurels come the end of the season.
“I feel great and excited to be back. I have really missed the pitch but thank God the injury is now behind me.
“I just want to make an instant impact, help my team win more trophies and score as many goals as possible before the end of the season,” Kayode said.
