Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen continued his impressive form in front of goal in the Belgian League, coming off the bench to score his sixth goal of the campaign in Sporting Charleroi’s comfortable 4-2 win away at KSC Lokeren, reports.
Osimhen was named among the substitutes with the home side wasting no time in taking the lead just after 16 minutes when  Guus Hupperts put Lokeren one goal up before Ali Gholizadeh equalized three minutes later.
Christian Benavente, however, completed the turnaround for the away side after 57 minutes to make it 2-1 before Osimhen was introduced for Adama Niane with 20 minutes left on the clock.
The Nigerian did make his impact felt 11 minutes after when he scored to make it 3-1 before Bambo Diaby pulled one back for Lokeren on the 88th minute but any hope of a late comeback was quashed when the impressive Jeremy Perebel made it 4-2 deep into added time.
The result lifts Sporting Charleroi to 8th on the log with 23 points from 16 games.
