Super Eagles’ Samuel Kalu has returned to training in time for Bordeaux’s Round of 16 Coupe de League clash at home to Dijon, reports.
The former KAA Gent forward told exclusively from his base in France that he is fully fit and ready to return to action.
“Yes, I  was injured for a while but right now I’m back to full fitness and ready to deliver at all fronts,” Kalu said.
The winger’s injury could not have come at a better time as Bordeaux have not featured in the league for the past two weeks following the strike action happening in France which has led to the cancelation of many top-flight league games.
The 21-year-old will, however, be pushing for a return to the starting XI on Wednesday when they host Gent in the League Cup with a place in the quarterfinals up for grabs.
