Former Enugu Rangers forward, Chisom Egbuchulam has given no assurances on where he would be playing his football next season after keeping mum about a move in the January transfer window, AOIFootball.com reports.
The 26-year-old will officially become a free agent on the 31st of December following his one year stint with Falkenbergs, should the club fail to offer him an improved deal before then.
Egbuchulam, who is back in Nigeria enjoying his holiday, told AOIFootball.com that although there are several clubs going after his signature, his agents will continue to work hard to ensure he gets the best offer ahead of the new season.
“Well, for now, I have not decided on where I will be playing my football. No making the rounds are just rumours as my agents are still working on it so I can’t say much about it. Hopefully, in the coming days things will be clearer,” Egbuchulam stated.
The player was a revelation last season in the Swedish second division, finishing as second highest goal scorer with 14 goals as he leads Falkenbergs to promotion from the Superettan to the Allsvenskan.
