Super Eagles’ Alex Iwobi has been rated the joint best nutmeg player in the English Premier League after statistics show the Arsenal star has succeeded in nutmegging five opponents this season, reports.
The Gunners’ man is tied on five nutmegs alongside West Ham enterprising winger Felipe Anderson whilst the likes of Chelsea Eden Hazard, Manchester City’s Leroy Sane are joint second on the list with four nutmegs each.
The Nigerian has found plenty of freedom down the flanks under new manager Unai Emery who has given him more confidence to beat opposing players and even have enough room to nutmeg them.
Having featured in 18 Premier League games this season, starting 12 of those the Nigerian has scored twice and created another four goals for the Gunners as they continue the push for a top-four finish.
