New Nogoom FC of Egypt forward, Tosin Omoyele has expressed joy after scoring on his debut for the club in their 2-0 friendly win over FC Made, reports.
The former Osun United player recently joined the club and showed a glimpse of what they should expect from him when he came off the bench to score their second goal in the friendly win.
Omoleye was introduced at halftime and wasted no time in registering his first goal when he received a pass before driving inside the box to fire past the goalkeeper.
He, however, told afterwards that he was excited with the goal and hopes it gives him more confidence going forward.
“It was good for me to score in my debut match for the club even though it was a friendly game.
“I believe It will give me more confidence going forward and also help show the coach that he can trust me. Overall, I will say I’m happy with the performance and will keep pushing for more,” Omoyele said.
