Super Eagles’ midfielder, Kelechi Nwakali has expressed his joy after helping his side extend their unbeaten game to six in their 1-0 triumph away at SC Braga in the Segunda Division, reports.
The 20-year-old midfielder started his second successive game for the Portuguese giants and played the entire 90 minutes impressing as his side claimed all three points.
The Arsenal loanee, however, told afterward that he was happy with his performance and hopes to continue excelling to help the team continue their steady climb on the log table.
“It’s really nice to play for 90 minutes again. I will say I’m very happy that we were able to secure all three points after the draw last weekend, hopefully, we will build on this result and ensure we keep the momentum.
“Personally, it was a good outing for me. I will say my hard work in training is paying off and it’s showing on the field of play. I will just continue to work harder and ensure I keep doing well on the field of play,” Nwakali stated.
